Location, in front of the gondola. very friendly reception staff. Breakfast is as salty as it is sweet (although I would ask for lactose-free milk). spa, it's a pleasure to arrive from skiing and relaxing for a while. bar is very nice. It's nice to have a locker to leave your skis in.
We asked for separate beds in the reserve, because I was going with my 23-year-old daughter, but when I got there they told me that they didn't have any. Luckily, the bed was very big. The bed is very uncomfortable, excessively hard and it is unbearably hot in the room. Despite the cold outside, we had to sleep with the window open because the heating was so high, the walls are very badly soundproofed and you could hear the other guests coming and going, and as it is a hotel with many families, the children spent the night screaming until 12 o'clock at night. We did not have a good night's rest and that for me is fundamental... For the price, you could include in the bath shampoo, not only gel that has to do both functions...

Convenient location, easy access to ski shops. The rooms were well-equipped with a bedroom, fridge, and a balcony. The staff here were outstanding! 👌

It is a fairly complete spa/parking hotel with a good location. Personally, what interested me the most about this hotel was the fact that they admitted pets.
We were without light in the room and we had to go down to reception to see if they had jumped the weights on the floor because the couple in the next room was also without light, it is true that it may be a mistake but it happened again the next day and staff seemed to take great trouble to go up to give us back the light. On the other hand, although the room was good value for money, sheets had a lot of static electricity, I got into bed (since we were without light) I noticed the sparks. In general I would say that it is a hotel that is quite good but maybe they could improve some details that surely don't require much effort and yet leave a better impression for the client, such as trying to remove the snow from the outside parking lot. They have a very good indoor parking but when we went with a high car that couldn't fit we had to park outside, I don't mind but since there is an outdoor parking, I would have parked there if I had found it without so much snow. All the above mentioned are not big critics but the set will surely make me choose another hotel next weekend.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to a bus stop to get down to Andorra and right at the exit to the ski slopes of Pal and Arinsal. The staff was very friendly.
It was unbearably hot in the room, with no possibility of regulating it. The only option was to open the window, but with 3 degrees outside it was not a good solution either, apart from the fact that as it was facing the road you could hear the noise of the traffic. The space was very small, if it had been only the double bed it would have been fine, but there was a second single bed so tight that you could not even open the balcony door completely. The plastic mattress protector was very rigid and there were wrinkles that were annoying, in addition the fitted sheet was small so that as soon as you moved it would fall out of place (for when fitted sheets?). The breakfast was not very good, neither for variety nor quality. In the country of cheeses and there were only "tranchetes" of the kind you put on sandwiches. Another detail is that, although the schedule was until 10:30 (a little early for someone who is on vacation), at 10:15 they were already picking up the buffet, so you could not take certain things.

Accept dogs. Very reasonable price. Amazing mountain location but close access to city and shops in Andorra la Vella. Next door to cable car giving access to huge range of adventure activities. Very friendly place.
Limited room service. Limited bar food. Restaurant is the only place for meal which is out of bounds to dogs and as dogs cannot be in a bedroom unattended the only option is to eat out. However many restaurants in the area do accept dogs out of peak hours.

Nice room, clean and beautiful. mattress and mattress cover with memory effect just above all praise! Daily thorough cleaning, attentive maids put even new napkins, is very helpful on the slope :). Nice spa area with a pleasant hydromassage. Breakfast and dinner are just great! For breakfast, choice is small, all products are just delicious quality, all fresh and very delicious. Dinner on the menu, 2 dishes to choose from and a dessert buffet. Cooking is very good, it's hard to make up :) an interesting wine list, we liked everything in this regard. location is ideal for skiers - the lift to Pal Arinsal is less than a minute away on foot, nice red cabins themselves can be seen from the windows. There is a luggage storage room, is very convenient. On the whole everything is good, not fantastic, considering the cost).
The staff barely speaks English, which becomes a serious problem sometimes, and is surprising simply... A 4-star spa hotel with no bathrobes or slippers isn't normal. The spa area is a little tired, one of the saunas does not close the door, I want to upgrade it a little, but overall everything is great. There's another weird thing: the wi-fi coverage area. The network is only at reception and in the room. There is no connection in the restaurant and spa, which is not very convenient.

Great location with beautiful views, close to ski resorts and amenities. The hotel had free parking and excellent wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide range of quality fruits and other food.
The hotel was located on a main road which could get busy and noisy at times. The town felt a bit grubby and there were traffic fumes during rush hour.

Great price, very helpful staff, wonderful spa
Restaurant was a rip off - supposedly "fine dinning", one of the starters was a very poor pasta bolognaise, the main was a shared veal shin which was adequate at best. Rushed service. So great hotel but don't eat there!
